Administrative Assistant – 1 year fixed term (Part time)

Salary Range: LG 5-6  (£18,795 – £19,171 FTE)

We are looking for an administrator to ensure the provision of efficient and effective administrative services to support the various administration departments of the academy with a particular focus on attendance.You will be able to work on your own initiative with good organisation and communication skills.  Accuracy is essential as data entry is part of the role.  Experience of working in an office and using PC applications is required.  This is a term time only post. Your hours of work will be agreed at interview, 5 days a week between 30 – 35 hours per week, between 8am and 4pm,  39 weeks per annum.

Cleaners 15 & 20 hours per week

Salary Range: Point 1 £9.00 per hour(£17,364.00 full time equivalent)

Required as soon as possible two reliable and conscientious Cleaners to clean in and around the Academy building (areas to be advised).   Working hours will be as shown per week, term time only plus 3 weeks deep cleaning during the holidays.  Monday to Friday 3.15pm – 7.15pm.Cleaner 1 x 3 hours per day (15 hours per week)Cleaner 2 x 4 hours per day (20 hours per week)You will work as part of a team providing cleaning services to the Academy in accordance with the specification or as directed by the Premises Manager.The successful candidates will be expected to be sympathetic towards the students and the ethos of the AcademyFor further details please contact Mr Kevin Jones on 01803 329351
